We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be a trusted I-AM advisor.

The perfect candidate will develop well-established relationships with our accounts & stake-holders while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, identifying customer needs to propose new high value-added services and new solutions. S/he will also coordinate interdepartmental teams to implement new services.


  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Coordinate & supervise both client and internal teams.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Multi-tasking, proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Identify and analyse the issues and find suitable solutions for each situation.
  • Result oriented; taking wise initiatives and assessing thecircumstances and drawing sound conclusions.
  • Being open the new & bringing new ideas
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Turkish and English
  • Design or service design background is an asset, design perspective is a must
  • Educational degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications OR Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design Management or relevant field
